Planning your overnight stay
Are farmhouse and bell tent stays included with venue rental?
Camping is available only to guests attending an event at Aspen Country Hills. Farmhouse rental is $525 per night, including GST. Bell tent stays are separate rentals. Camping is included with standard weekday and weekend packages; the camping add-on for budget-friendly rentals is $525 per night, including GST. Compare package inclusions before arranging guest stays.
What bedding is provided in the bell tents?
Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided. Bring extra blankets for cooler nights. The tents have solar power for phone charging and lighting; discuss any higher-power needs when arranging your stay.
How far are the bell tents from the reception barn?
Two 16-foot tents are close to the reception barn. The ten 20-foot tents are about a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away. Ask which location and sleeping arrangement is available for your dates.
What should guests know before bringing an RV or trailer?
Powered camping provides 15/20-amp service, which will not run RV air conditioners. Fill your water tank before arrival because there is no water-fill station on site. You may bring your own generator for additional power.
How do guests arrange accommodation?
Contact us with the wedding date, preferred accommodation and number of guests. Ask us to confirm the available unit, current price and arrival and departure times before finalizing your plans.
