Rustic Barn Weddings
The 5,500 sq ft barn accommodates up to 180 guests for your reception. Tables and chairs for 180 are available. Arrange a visit by appointment to see the space and discuss your layout before making plans with your suppliers.
Outdoor Wedding Ceremonies
Hold your ceremony in the forest and continue to the barn reception on the same property. If it rains, the ceremony can move inside the barn, which fits 180 guests. Discuss your indoor and outdoor arrangements with us during planning.
Check supplier availability before choosing the middle day
Outside catering is welcome. Ask your Devon caterer and other preferred providers about both date options, complete pricing and access requirements. A weekday choice should fit your guests and suppliers as well as your budget. BYOB is welcome and you hire your own bartenders; we recommend one per 60 guests. You choose the music cutoff. Bar closure must match the serving time selected on your AGLC permit.
Include guest stays in both budget options
Estimate how many Devon guests would stay for a weekday wedding and for a weekend wedding. Confirm availability and costs for each option before deciding which date works best. Farmhouse rental is separate at $525 per night including GST. Twelve bell tents and camping options are available for event guests, subject to availability. Camping is included in standard packages; budget-package camping costs $525 per night including GST.
