Explore our weekday and weekend wedding packages with options for on-site accommodations. Camping is included with the standard weekday and weekend packages. With either budget-friendly package, camping costs $525 per night, GST included. The farmhouse costs $525 per night, GST included; bell tents and other accommodation are separate rentals.

Aspen Country Hills is near Evansburg, about 50 minutes west of Edmonton. All four prices below include GST.

Standard weekday — $8,700: Monday at 11 am to Wednesday at 11 am; camping included.
Standard weekend — $12,600: Friday at 11 am to Sunday at 11 am; camping included.
Budget-friendly weekday — $3,675: a self-managed, 48-hour rental from Monday at 11 a.m. to Wednesday checkout at 11 a.m.; camping and farmhouse rental cost extra.
Budget-friendly weekend — $7,350: a self-managed, 48-hour rental from Friday at 11 a.m. to Sunday checkout at 11 a.m.; camping and farmhouse rental cost extra.

All four packages provide 48 hours of venue access across three calendar days. Weekday bookings run Monday at 11 a.m. to Wednesday checkout at 11 a.m., with all day Tuesday included. Weekend bookings run Friday at 11 a.m. to Sunday checkout at 11 a.m., with all day Saturday included. Budget-friendly rentals include ceremony seating and an arch, barn tables and chairs, and two wedding-party prep areas. You manage coordination, setup, teardown and cleaning; cleaning supplies are provided.

Budget-Friendly Package # 3

Weekday: $3,675 | Weekend: $7,350 — GST included

Both budget-friendly options provide 48 hours across three calendar days: $3,675 for Monday at 11 a.m. to Wednesday checkout at 11 a.m., or $7,350 for Friday at 11 a.m. to Sunday checkout at 11 a.m. Both prices include GST. The ceremony area includes seating and an arch; the reception barn includes tables and chairs. Two private wedding-party prep areas are also included.

This is a self-managed rental. You arrange your own event coordination and handle setup, teardown and cleaning of all spaces used. Cleaning supplies are provided. Camping and farmhouse rental cost extra for both budget-friendly options.

Can the budget-friendly rental include both our ceremony and reception?

Yes. Both the $3,675 weekday and $7,350 weekend options include the ceremony area with seating and an arch, the reception barn with tables and chairs, and two private wedding-party preparation areas. Both provide 48 hours across three calendar days, and both prices include GST.

Who handles setup, coordination and cleaning?

With either budget-friendly rental, you arrange event coordination and handle setup, teardown and cleaning of the spaces you use. Cleaning supplies are provided. Discuss your support needs with us when comparing rental options.

What are the check-in and checkout times for each package?

All standard and budget-friendly packages provide 48 hours of venue access. Weekday bookings begin Monday at 11 a.m., include all day Tuesday, and end with Wednesday checkout at 11 a.m. Weekend bookings begin Friday at 11 a.m., include all day Saturday, and end with Sunday checkout at 11 a.m.

Are guest accommodation and camping included?

Is parking included with our wedding rental?

Yes. Parking for up to 180 vehicles is included with your venue rental. See our parking and accessibility details to help plan your guests' visit.

Can we choose our own caterer and bar team?

Outside catering is welcome. You can bring your own alcohol (BYOB) and hire your own bartenders. We recommend one bartender for every 60 guests.

Who chooses the music cutoff and bar closing time?

You choose your music cutoff time. The bar must close at the alcohol-serving end time specified on your AGLC permit.
