The 5,500 sq ft reception barn has tables and chairs for up to 180 guests, with sound, LED dance-floor lighting and a projector for slideshows. Two private wedding-party preparation areas are included in the venue rental. Farmhouse stays, bell tents and RV rentals offer on-site accommodation options. Farmhouse and bell tent stays are booked separately; camping is included with standard packages and costs extra with budget-friendly rentals.

Can we bring our own wedding vendors?
Yes. Outside catering is welcome, and you can bring your own wedding vendors. You can also explore our local vendor recommendations and contact providers directly about their services and availability.
Is parking included, and how many vehicles can park on site?
Parking is included with your venue rental. Aspen Country Hills has space for up to 180 vehicles on site.
What accessibility features and ground surfaces should guests expect?
The venue offers step- and stair-free access. Ground surfaces include gravel, rundle rock paths, stone paths and grass. Accessible toilets are available with grab bars. If a guest has specific mobility needs, contact us to discuss the routes they will use.
Can we bring our own alcohol and hire our own bartenders?
Yes. Aspen Country Hills is BYOB, and you hire your own bartenders. We recommend one bartender for every 60 guests.
When do music and bar service end?
You choose your music cutoff time. The bar must close at the alcohol-serving end time specified on your AGLC permit.
How do we arrange a venue tour?
Request a tour with your preferred wedding date, estimated guest count and possible times to visit. Venue visits and access are by appointment or event booking only. Our team will follow up to arrange your viewing and discuss the rental options.
