Aspen Country Hills accommodates weddings of up to 180 guests. You can hold your ceremony in the forest and your reception in the 5,500 sq ft barn, with tables, chairs, ceremony seating and a wedding arch included in the venue rental. Two private wedding-party preparation areas give you space to get ready on the property. If it rains, your ceremony can be held inside the barn, which accommodates up to 180 guests.

Compare weekday and weekend rental prices
Our four venue rental options include GST:
- Budget-friendly weekday: $3,675. A self-managed 48-hour rental, Monday at 11 a.m. to Wednesday checkout at 11 a.m., with all day Tuesday included. Camping and farmhouse rental cost extra.
- Budget-friendly weekend: $7,350. A self-managed 48-hour rental, Friday at 11 a.m. to Sunday checkout at 11 a.m., with all day Saturday included. Camping and farmhouse rental cost extra.
- Standard weekday: $8,700. Monday at 11 a.m. to Wednesday at 11 a.m., with camping included.
- Standard weekend: $12,600. Friday at 11 a.m. to Sunday at 11 a.m., with camping included.
The standard rentals provide 48 hours of access across three calendar days. With either budget-friendly rental, you manage event coordination, setup, teardown and cleaning; cleaning supplies are provided. Both budget-friendly options include the ceremony area and reception barn.

On-site options include the farmhouse, 12 bell tents, RV rentals and space for guests bringing their own RVs or trailers. Farmhouse rental is $525 per night, including GST. Bell tents and RV rentals are booked separately. Camping is included with the standard weekday and weekend packages; the camping add-on for budget-friendly rentals is $525 per night, including GST.
