Submission Deadline: All entries must be received by January 5th 2025.

Wedding Date: The wedding must be booked for the 2026 season between June 1st and October 1st for any date that is available. No exceptions.

‍No Substitutions: The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed.

‍Winner’s Responsibilities: The winner is responsible for any additional costs that exceed the $12,600 value, such as extra guest accommodations and additional services not included in the package.

‍Legal Requirements: All participants must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

‍Photography/Marketing Release: By entering, participants agree to allow the venue to use photos and videos from the wedding for marketing purposes.

‍Prize Acceptance: The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another participant.

‍Wedding Insurance: The winner is required to obtain special event insurance for the wedding.
