Accommodation Details:
Our venue’s onsite accommodations make Aspen Country Hills a prime choice for couples seeking wedding venues near Edmonton with the convenience of onsite lodging.
From their luxury bell tents nestled in the forest to their newly built farmhouse, they provide comfort and charm for up to 42 guests.
12 Luxury Bell Tents: Nestled in the forest, sleeping up to 28 guests.
RV & Trailer Rentals
Rental House built in 2024: Accommodates up to 14 guests with modern amenities. (Typically rented by wedding party & immediate family)
Ample Camping Space: For RVs ,trailers, and tents, ensuring a comfortable and safe stay for all.
Total Onsite Accommodations: Comfortably house up to 42 guests onsite with additional camping space for additional 140 guests! Aspen Country Hills offers one of the most complete rustic barn wedding venues in Alberta.

Parking:
When you arrive you can find parking immediately to the left and right of the drive way as soon as you pull in.
If you are first to arrive and park in the main parking lot, please park as close to the fence as possible to leave room for others behind you.
If the main parking lot is full please park to the right hand side of the driveway there is a row of trees, parking is allowed on both sides of the trees in this area.
If you are camping please continue up the driveway past the barn to the back grass area, all the space in between the light poles is to be used for the camping area.
For trailer and rv power use there are Seven 15 & 20amp breakers supplied if you plan on running more than lights and water pumps make sure to have a generator for microwaves, ac units, etc.
